The ”Alltech Christmas Puissance” has gone to Ireland’s David Simpson and ”Richie Rich”.
The competition went to 5 rounds (round 1 +4 jump off’s). The final wall was 2m20.
Top riders such as William Whitaker, Pius Schwizer, and Geir Gullikson all went through to the 3rd jump off but each incurred 4 penalties and this saw them exit the competition. Just David Simpson and Karline De Brabander went through to the 4th and final round.
David led off with ”Richie RIch” and produced a fantastic clear round. Karline followed but was vvery unlucky to rub the wall for 4 penalties.
